We do this by first understanding our clients goals, and then use our years of industry knowledge and expertise to research the individual market, the available offerings and identify specific matches that will meet or exceed expectations. Mr. Colao is a French/American dual national who has spent extensive time on both sides of the Atlantic, as well as, Asia, Australia and Africa. He developed and sold one of the premier luxury architecture and construction firms in Washington DC, working on projects that ranged from low seven to high eight figures. He has consulted on many real estate transaction and large luxury construction projects. Mr. Colao holds Class A construction licenses and real estate license and manages his own high net worth real estate portfolio. With 25 years in the luxury space, he understands exceptionally well the residential luxury real estate industry and buyers needs. As a frequent visitor to his home country, he also understands the French real estate market and can pair buyers requirements with on the ground supply and services.
